| A Brief History of the Firm |
 |
Litton/Fuller Group was founded in June of 1980 by Bill E. Clarkson who formerly had been associated with Marcus Millichap, a national brokerage firm, and held the position of Vice President and manager of the San Francisco office. From the inception the Litton/Fuller Group the firm recruited new associates without previous experience in the field of real estate and provided them with extensive and rigorous training in the technical aspects of providing highly specialized investment guidance to their clients. Because of this philosophy, many of the graduates of the training program have achieved exceptional personal recognition and distinguished themselves in the field of investment real estate.
It is rare that a licensed real estate firm deliberately avoids commissionable transactions involving residential properties, leasing office or retail space, selling or developing land or providing loan brokerage services. However, Litton/Fuller Group has, from day one, focused entirely upon the listing and selling of income properties in the belief that such concentrated efforts would provide the highest quality of representation to buyers and sellers of apartments, office buildings, shopping centers, Mobile Home Communities and Triple Net single tenant properties.
The current associates of the firm average over twenty years of experience in the investment real estate field.
